About Us

Living Better Fitness was created because fitness has been part of my life since I was young. Growing up I was always the bigger person in my friend group, before joining the military I had to lose weight just to meet weight standards to join. With hard work and dedication I made it. Over the years fitness and weight loss became my go to stress reliever. While deployed overseas working out was the only thing to do besides work so, I started taking working out seriously and started to learn the work out machines and the correct workouts to completed. Now, that I am not in the military any more whenever things get rough, I go outside for a run or even better I head to the gym for some weight training. As a mother it can be a challenge to say the least to stay on track but I keep moving forward working towards my weight loss goals. I want to help encourage others to keep going, even when things are not good in life we can't give up on our fitness goals. We have to remind ourselves every day why we are trying to achieve our weight loss goals on day at a time.
